Memahami dasar-dasar hukum perdata serta hukum pembuktian, yaitu hukum perikatan, hukum perjanjian, syarat sahnya suatu perjajian, batal dan pembatalan suatu perjanjian, privity of contract (azas kepribadian) dan kadaluarsa.
